Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja, known as Ravindra Jadeja (nicknamed Sir), is an Indian international cricketer. He is a left-arm middle-order batsman and an off-spin bowling all-rounder. He currently plays for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. The Chennai Super Kings bought Jadeja for Rs 16 Cr at the 2023 IPL Players Auction.
Ravindra Jadeja's growth has a lot to do with MS Dhoni's support, but it was destiny that IPL found the Sourashtra boy to create history. He briefly captained and later became an essential part of the Chennai squad until the 2015 season. Later, Jadeja found himself with his native Gujarat franchise during the two-year ban. With the CSK squad returning in the 2018 season onwards, he was among the first three remaining players.
